Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs mint, plus extra to garnish
  • 40ml sugar syrup
  • 200ml The Famous Grouse Whisky
  • 25ml water
  • crushed ice

Method

  1. Put the mint in a jug with the sugar syrup, then muddle until the mint breaks down a little.

  2. Stir in the whisky along with the water, then strain into metal julep cups or tumblers filled with crushed ice. Garnish with more mint sprigs.
