2 sprigs mint, plus extra to garnish
40ml sugar syrup
200ml The Famous Grouse Whisky
25ml water
crushed ice

Put the mint in a jug with the sugar syrup, then muddle until the mint breaks down a little.
Stir in the whisky along with the water, then strain into metal julep cups or tumblers filled with crushed ice. Garnish with more mint sprigs.
