Ingredients

  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 slice cucumber
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Pinch sugar
  • 25ml cold water
  • 25ml Red Bank Canadian Whisky

Method

  1. Put the mint leaves in a cup with the cucumber slice and white wine vinegar. Add the sea salt and sugar. Mix well and chill for 1 hour.

  2. Stir in 25ml cold water and strain into a shot glass. Serve next to a shot glass of whisky. Enjoy the whisky, followed by the minty brine.
