Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add the garlic and spices, and fry gently for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add the tomatoes, honey and lemon juice. Season and simmer for 5 minutes until the tomatoes have broken down.
Add the fish to the pan, turn the heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer gently for 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through and opaque. Take off the heat and leave to sit for 2 minutes.
Heat the couscous in the microwave according to the pack instructions and serve with the fish and tomato sauce with a spoonful of natural yogurt and some chopped parsley to garnish.
