  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 280g pack essential Waitrose Runner Beans, trimmed and strings removed
  • 2 Waitrose British Blacktail medium Free Range Eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 tsp Cooks' Ingredients Herby Zaatar
  • 100g reduced fat houmous
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil, to serve
  • 2 pittas, toasted and cut into strips
