120ml pineapple juice
30ml gin
15ml cherry brandy liqueur
15ml lime juice
10ml grenadine syrup
1 dash orange bitters
Ice cubes
Pineapple wedge, to garnish

Shake the pineapple juice, gin, cherry brandy liqueur, lime juice, grenadine syrup and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a hurriance glass filled with ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
