Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients Tahini
  • 1 clove/s garlic
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tahini, garlic, smoked paprika, maple syrup and cider vinegar, whisking until smooth. Beat in 2 tbsp water until the dressing is the consistency of double cream (adding more water, a little at a time, as needed, until you achieve the desired thickness.) Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
