Ingredients
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
340g pack essential Waitrose British Beef Frying Steak, trimmed and thinly sliced
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak and onion for 3-4 minutes. Add the vegetable stir fry and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, break the cauliflower into florets, place in a food processor and blend until it looks like rice. Place in a bowl, cover with clingfilm and microwave on high power for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the sesame seeds and chives.
Stir the oyster sauce into the beef and cook for 1 minute. Serve with the cauliflower rice.
