Ingredients

  • 15ml grenadine
  • 25ml orange juice
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 25ml Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila
  • 5ml blue Curaçao
  • 40ml sparkling water
  • pineapple leaves, to garrnish
  • orange wedge, to garnish
  • 1 cocktail cherry, to garnish

Method

  1. Pour the grenadine into a highball glass and fill with crushed ice.

  2. Separately, mix together orange juice, pineapple juice and tequila, then pour into the wine glass.

  3. Mix blue Curaçao with sparkling water in another glass. Gently pour the back of a spoon into the drink. This creates the ombre effect.

  4. Garnish with pineapple leaves, an orange wedge and a cocktail cherry.
