  • 500g pack Essential 8% Fat British Pork Mince
  • ½ x 175g pack Essential Sweet Chilli Coated Peanuts
  • 1 essential lime
  • 1 Essential Red Onion
  • 1 pack Essential Little Gem Lettuce


  1. Fry the pork in a wok over a high heat, stirring often, until golden, caramelising and crisp in places, about 10-12 minutes.

  2. Roughly chop the peanuts and stir fry for a moment until the sweet chilli mingles with the pork. Scrub, then zest the lime.

  3. Finely slice the onion, then fold ½ into the pork with the zest. Season.

  4. Pull the leaves from the lettuces and set on a board or plate. Fill with the mince, top with more onion and squeeze in some lime juice. Add a splash of soy, if liked.
