    • 1 bunch salad onions, finely sliced
    • 28g pack fresh coriander, chopped
    • 1/2 x 25g pack fresh mint, chopped

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 6 tsp Cooks' Ingredients Thai Red Curry Paste
