1 tsp Waitrose Strawberry Preserve
15ml Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin
Oxney Organic Estate NV Brut Rosé, to top up
3 red apple slices
Method
In a small glass, mix 1 tsp Waitrose Strawberry Preserve with 15ml Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin. Pour into a flute and top up with Oxney Organic Estate NV Brut Rosé. Garnish with a fan of 3 red apple slices on a cocktail stick.
