Ingredients

  • 1 pinch Clearspring Matcha Shot Green Tea Powder
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • Prince Alexandre Crémant de Loire

Method

  1. In a small glass, muddle a pinch of Clearspring Matcha Shot Green Tea Powder* with 1 tsp fresh lime juice, 1 tsp honey and 2 mint leaves. Pour into a flute. Top up with chilled Prince Alexandre Crémant de Loire and stir.
