Vegan platter with XO dipping sauce

- 240g pack vegan Asian selection
- 190g jar Cooks’ Ingredients XO Style Sauce
- ¼ x 25g pack Cooks’ Ingredients Coriander
- 1 tsp Cooks' Ingredients Black Sesame Seeds
Cook the vegan selection according to pack instructions.
Meanwhile, spoon the XO sauce into a dipping bowl. Trim the ends from the coriander and place the sprigs into a bowl of iced water until ready to use.
Arrange the vegan selection on a platter, dry the coriander and scatter over with the sesame seeds, then serve with the dip alongside.
