Ingredients

  • 6 fresh blackberries, plus 1 or 2 to serve (optional)
  • tsp cassis
  • 40ml Vivir Tequila Reposado
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 15ml ginger beer, to serve

Method

  1. Put the blackberries and cassis in a cocktail shaker and muddle until all the berries are crushed. Add the tequila, lime juice and a handful of ice and shake until chilled (about 10 seconds). Fine-strain into a highball glass filled with ice, top with ginger beer and stir together. Garnish with extra blackberries, if liked.
