Ingredients

  • 50ml Eden Mill Golf Gin
  • 1 tsp yuzu juice
  • 150ml No.1 Lemon & Mint Pressé

To serve

  • 1 mint sprig or 1 lemon slice

Method

  1. Pour the gin into a tall glass filled with ice. Add the yuzu juice, top up with the pressé and garnish with a mint sprig or lemon slice.
