Spritz Cocktails

Impress party guests with these good-looking, great-tasting aperitifs. Scroll for the recipes and shop the ingredients  then serve with your choice of nibbles.

CAMPARI SPRITZ

CAMPARI SPRITZ

In a large wine glass, pour 50ml Campari and 75ml Prosecco over ice. Top up with 25ml soda water. Garnish with an orange slice and a twist of orange peel.

CHAMBORD SPRITZ

Chambord berry SPRITZ

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add 50ml Chambord and 125ml Prosecco. Top up with soda water. Garnish with fresh berries and a sprig of mint. 

DISARONNO FIZZ

DISARONNO FIZZ

Pack a large wine glass with plenty of ice. Add 50ml Disaronno Originale and top up with Fever-Tree Sicilian Lemonade. Stir briefly, then garnish with a lemon wedge. 

LILLET SPRITZ

LILLET SPRITZ

Add 3-4 ice cubes to a large wine glass. Pour in 50ml Lillet Rosé and 100ml tonic water. Serve with half of a grapefruit slice and a sprig of thyme.
