All of our olive oils provide a prolonged fresh flavour whether you're using them for frying, marinating, drizzling or as a dressing
1. Drizzle lightly over fish, chicken or steak just before serving for a finishing touch. 2. Pour generously into small bowls and serve with chunks of warm ciabatta for dipping. 3. Whisk together 3 tbsp olive oil with 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp Dijon mustard, then season generously to make a quick dressing.
