Waitrose & Partners mango chunks are already cubed to help speed up dinner prep and snacking. Try them in the recipe below, or in cocktails, curries, salads and puddings.

To serve as dessert, combine the mango with chunks of prepared pineapple and add a little finely sliced stem ginger. Drizzle with stem ginger syrup and scatter over a few shredded basil leaves. Serve with a generous scoop of No.1 Malaysian Coconut & Lime Ice Cream.
