½ x 25g pack coriander
200g pot Waitrose Coronation Chicken Deli Filler
14 lime and coriander chutney poppadoms
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp toasted flaked almonds
1 Finely chop the coriander, reserving some pretty sprigs to serve. Stir the chopped coriander through the coronation chicken, then spoon the mixture into the poppadoms. Top with the pomegranate seeds, almonds and reserved coriander sprigs, and serve straight away.
