    Summer Pork Kebabs

    • Preparation time: 15 minutes
    • Cooking time: 15 minutes
    • Total time: 30 minutes 30 minutes

    Serves: 4


    • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tbsp tomato purée
    • 5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • 450g pork fillet, trimmed and cut into 16 cubes
    • 2 peppers, deseeded and cut into 3cm pieces
    • 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
    • 300g pack cherry vine tomatoes


    1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7. Mix 1 tbsp olive oil, the tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and seasoning. Add the pork and marinate for a few minutes. Put the peppers, onion and tomatoes in a bowl with the remaining olive oil. Mix to coat.
    2. Thread the vegetables and pork on metal skewers. Cook on a baking sheet for 15 minutes then grill for 2-3 minutes.
