    Mango, cardamom and ginger smoothie with yogurt

    2-3 cardamom pods, seeds only
    250g frozen mango150g Yeo Valley Organic Natural Yogurt
    ½ lime, juice
    ½ tsp fresh root ginger, grated
    2-3 mint leaves, shredded, plus extra to serve


    1. Grind the cardamom seeds to a fine powder using a pestle and mortar or the back of a teaspoon. Put the mango, yogurt, lime juice, ginger, cardamom powder and shredded mint in a blender and whizz until smooth. Loosen with about 100-200ml water if you prefer a thinner mixture. Pour into 2 glasses and top with the extra mint.
