The Caribbean is home to different versions of rum punch, including Grenada and Jamaica. It's great for parties, just multiply the recipe amounts to make a jug or punch bowl.
hot lime juice, from half a lime cut into wedges
12 fresh mint leaves
2 shots Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum
2 shots Waitrose Apple Juice with Ginger
2 shots essential Waitrose Club Soda
Slice of apple
Sqeeze the lime into a tall glass, then muddle together with the mint leaves. Add ice cubes, rum and apple and ginger juice and top up with soda ater. Garnish with a slice of apple.
