    This refreshing cocktail combines vodka, prosecco and lemon sorbet

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes

    90ml (half champagne flute) prosecco, chilled
    1 tbsp Belevedere Vodka
    1 scoop lemon sorbet
    Fresh mint leaves to garnish (optional) 


    1. Half fill a champagne flute with chilled prosecco. Add 1 tbsp vodka and carefully spoon a scoop of lemon sorbet into the glass. Top with more prosecco if you like, and serve, garnished with fresh mint leaves (optional).
