Pan fry from chilled. MEDIUM HEAT. 6 mins. Heat 1/2 tsp (7.5ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and drain the scallops. Place the scallops in the pan. Cook for 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled
