Preparation and Usage
Pour one bottle of red wine into a pan and add one wine mulling sachet. Heat gently until just below boiling then remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Add sugar to taste. For that extra citrus kick, add a few slices of fresh orange or a dash of orange liqueur.
