Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Oven cook (From Chilled)
Remove all packaging. Dust the lamb in seasoned flour. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a casserole dish. Fry the lamb over a medium high heat until browned on all sides. Add 400 ml of stock. Cover, place in oven and cook for remaining time. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 1 hour 30 mins, Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark 3)
