Oven cook (From Chilled)
Preheat oven to 200°C, Gas 6, Fan 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place salmon on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 16-18 minutes.Our recommendation is to cook skin side up!Check the salmon is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooked and remember these times are just a guide as size and thickness of the fish may vary.
