Cooking Instructions (General)
May be served hot or cold. Best eaten cold. If serving hot, for best results oven cook. Do not reheat once cooled.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 8 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place salmon fillets on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 8 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. 2 or more packs may require further cooking.
Microwave (From Chilled)
Cat D 800w, 1 min + stand 50 secs, 20 secs + stand 1 min
Cat E 900w, 40 secs + stand 1 min, 30 secs + stand 1 min
Cat E 1000w, 30 secs + stand 1 min, 30 secs + stand 1 min
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove all packaging. Place salmon fillets onto a microwaveable plate. Cover with microwaveable film and pierce film in several places.
