Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Any remaining mackerel should be well wrapped and returned to refrigerator. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.

Gas 6, 200°C, FAN 180°C 8-10 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap mackerel in foil, being careful not to overlap fillets. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven.
Do not reheat once cooled.
