Our take on a classic Italian favourite: higher welfare beef slow cooked for 10 hours so the meat is tender and succulent, in a rich sauce with tomatoes, garlic and herbs. OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Place sauce sachet to one side. Empty the contents of the bag into the foil tray. Cover with foil and place on the middle shelf of the oven. After 10 minutes remove from the oven and carefully separate the pieces of meat. Re-cover with foil and return to oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil, drain off and retain the cooking juices. Add the sauce from the sachet together with 4tbsp (60ml) cooking juices and mix through the meat. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Serve. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 40 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
