  • 400g pack Waitrose frozen Buttered Apples & Blackberries
  • 125g golden caster sugar
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 175g self-raising flour
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 300g Ambrosia Devon Custard
  • 4 fresh bay leaves
