Ingredients

  • 2 small bananas, sliced
  • 50ml Amarula Cream Liqueur
  • 100ml Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum
  • 100ml whole milk
  • 100ml strong black coffee
  • 50g No.1 Salted Caramel Sauce, plus extra to garnish
  • 200g ice cubes
  • whipped or squirty cream

Method

  1. Put the bananas, Amarula Cream Liqueur, rum, milk, coffee and caramel sauce into a blender suitable for crushing ice. Add the ice cubes and blend until very smooth. Pour into ice-filled glasses, then top with a dollop of whipped or squirty cream and another drizzle of caramel sauce.
