  • 200g frozen Berry Smoothie Mix
  • 200g Love Life Raspberry & Blackcurrant Frozen Yogurt
  • 150ml Apple juice or coconut water
  • 200g Raspberries and/or strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp dried blueberries
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
