It only takes 5 minutes to blitz up this ultimate summer cocktail. Using mango sorbet instead of frozen fruit chunks keeps it super smooth and easy to pour into coupe glasses.

Ingredients

  • 80ml white rum
  • 1 Essential Lime, juice
  • 200g Grom Sorbetto al Mango
  • Handful ice cubes
  • Mint leaves, to garnish

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients apart from the mint leaves in a small, high-powered blender. Whizz until just smooth. Divide between glasses and garnish with the mint leaves.

Cook’s tip

This recipe would also work well with vodka instead of rum, and a strawberry sorbet instead of mango.
