Frozen mango daiquiri
It only takes 5 minutes to blitz up this ultimate summer cocktail. Using mango sorbet instead of frozen fruit chunks keeps it super smooth and easy to pour into coupe glasses.

- 80ml white rum
- 1 Essential Lime, juice
- 200g Grom Sorbetto al Mango
- Handful ice cubes
- Mint leaves, to garnish
Put all the ingredients apart from the mint leaves in a small, high-powered blender. Whizz until just smooth. Divide between glasses and garnish with the mint leaves.
This recipe would also work well with vodka instead of rum, and a strawberry sorbet instead of mango.
