    Ingredients

    • 4 tbsp Waitrose Tikka Curry Paste
    • 2 tsp ground cumin
    • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    • 1kg essential Waitrose British Chicken Thigh Fillets, each cut in half
    • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
    • 2 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
    • 2 tbsp curry leaves
    • 2 onions, chopped
    • 400g can chopped tomatoes
    • 150ml chicken stock
    • 100g creamed coconut, roughly chopped
    • 28g fresh coriander, roughly chopped
    • Warmed parathas or naan bread and rice, to serve
