40ml Malfy Rosa Gin
1½ tsp vermouth (red or white)
1½ tsp pomegranate juice
Pinch caster sugar
Handful ice cubes

Pour the gin, vermouth and pomegranate juice into a mixing glass or jug with a generous pinch of caster sugar. Add the ice cubes and stir until icy cold. Strain into a chilled mini martini or small liqueur glass.
