  • 30ml Wild-Arbor cream liqueur
  • 15ml gin
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon jucie


  1. Put a champagne flute in the freezer 5 minutes before making the cocktail. In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients except for the champagne (or sparkling wine) and half-fill with ice. Shake until extremely cold, then strain into the flute and top with champagne (or sparkling wine) to serve.
