  • 90g pack Tenderstem broccoli & green beans
  • 275g pack pineapple
  • 250g pack egg fried rice
  • 150g pack king prawns in coriander & chilli


  1. Cut the vegetables into 4cm lengths and put into a large bowl. Cover with boiling water from the kettle and set aside. After 5 minutes, drain.

  2. Meanwhile, cut the pineapple into smaller pieces. Heat a generous splash of vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan. Once hot, add the vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute.

  3. Add the rice and pineapple and continue stir frying until both are piping hot throughout and taking on colour.

  4. Add the prawns, mix through until piping hot, then serve. Delicious with some soy sauce or chilli flakes.
