Ingredients

  • 100g summer berries, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 1 peach (or nectarine), sliced
  • ice cubes
  • 100ml Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • 25ml Chambord, or other berry liqueur
  • 300ml apple juice with elderflower (or any fruit juice)
  • 400ml sparkling water

Method

  1. Put the berries in a bowl and stir in the caster sugar and lemon juice. Chill for 1 hour, then transfer to a large punchbowl.

  2. Add the sliced peach and ice cubes. Pour in the vodka along with the Chambord. Top with apple juice and sparkling water.
