Toss the tofu with half the teriyaki sauce, then sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add the tofu and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.
Add the Thai mix for 30 seconds, then toss in the rainbow stir fry and cook for 4 minutes. Add the noodles and remaining teriyaki, and cook for a further 1-2 minutes until piping hot.
