Ingredients

  • 160g pack Cauldron Marinated Tofu Pieces
  • 2 tbsp Cooks' Ingredients Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp Cooks' Ingredients Spicy Thai Mix
  • 200g essential Waitrose Crunchy Vegetable Stir Fry
  • 275g pack wholewheat noodles

Method

  1. Toss the tofu with half the teriyaki sauce, then sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add the tofu and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.

  2. Add the Thai mix for 30 seconds, then toss in the rainbow stir fry and cook for 4 minutes. Add the noodles and remaining teriyaki, and cook for a further 1-2 minutes until piping hot.
