25ml tequila
10ml The King’s Ginger liqueur
15ml light agave syrup
10ml lime juice
60ml sparkling wine
Grapefruit zest

Shake together thel tequila, ginger liqueur, agave syrup, lime juice and a little grapefruit zest. Pour into a Champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and serve.
