This quick and easy recipe is perfect if you're looking for a healthy, yet delicious dinner. Tuna steaks paired with egg fried rice gives the dish a wonderful fragrance and lightness, bringing out its Oriental flavours.

2 tsp toasted sesame oil
350g egg fried rice
150g frozen peas, defrosted
25g toasted flaked almonds
2 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
240g pack Waitrose 2 Tuna Steaks
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the egg fried rice, peas and almonds for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the coriander and 1 tbsp chilli sauce.
Meanwhile, brush the tuna with a little oil and griddle for 1-2 minutes each side, or according to taste.
Serve the tuna with the rice and drizzle with the remaining chilli sauce.
