Ingredients
- 210g pomegranate seeds
- 75ml cherry molasses (or pomegranate molasses)
- 300ml vodka
- 500ml cranberry juice
- 1½ lemons, juiced
- 750ml soda water
Method
Divide the pack pomegranate seeds between ice-cube trays, cover with water and freeze until solid. Put the frozen ice cubes into a large jug, then pour in the cherry molasses (or pomegranate molasses) and vodka. Stir to mix, then add the cranberry juice and the lemon juice; stir again. Top up with the soda water to serve.
