Creamy chicken pasta

300g essential Waitrose Amori pasta
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Olive Oil
2 essential Waitrose British Chicken Breast Fillets, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Zest and juice of 1 essential Waitrose Lemon
200g frozen essential Waitrose Garden Peas, defrosted
250g tub essential Waitrose Italian Ricotta
100ml essential Waitrose Semi Skimmed Milk
1. Boil the pasta for 11 minutes, drain and return to the pan.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken, garlic and lemon zest for 5 minutes. Check the chicken is cooked through with no pink meat.
3. Add the peas, lemon juice, ricotta and milk and heat for 1 minute. Stir into the pasta and serve immediately on warm plates.
