Ingredients

200g cooked chickpeas

1 clove garlic

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon, juiced

Salt and freshly ground pepper
Method

Put the first five ingredients in a food processor and process until almost smooth (you may need a few extra tbsp water or lemon juice to loosen it).

Season and put in an airtight container. Chill until needed.
