    • 200g cooked chickpeas
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 tbsp tahini
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper


    1. Put the first five ingredients in a food processor and process until almost smooth (you may need a few extra tbsp water or lemon juice to loosen it).
    2. Season and put in an airtight container. Chill until needed.
