Peanut butter & chocolate chunk cookies

200g essential Waitrose Crunchy Peanut Butter
175g golden caster sugar
2 tsp essential Waitrose plain white flour
¼ tsp Maldon Sea Salt
1 essential Waitrose free range egg, beaten
3 tbsp Cooks’ Homebaking Dark Chocolate Chunks
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Line 2 large baking trays with baking parchment.
2. Mix the peanut butter, sugar, flour, salt and egg together in a large bowl to make a stiff paste. Fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Make 12 golf ball-sized rounds of dough and space out well on the prepared baking trays. Press to flatten slightly. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
4. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
