Prawns with tomato & lentils

1 tbsp oil
1 small Waitrose Duchy Organic Onion, chopped
1 Waitrose Duchy Organic Romano Pepper, cut into chunks
400g can Epicure Organic Bijoux Verts Lentils, drained and rinsed
350g jar Seeds Of Change Organic Mediterranean Vegetables Pasta Sauce
150g pack Waitrose Duchy Organic Raw King Prawns
½ x 25g pack parsley, chopped
1. Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the onion and pepper for 3-4 minutes. Add the drained lentils, pasta sauce and 100ml water and then cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Stir in the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Stir in the parsley and season to taste then serve.
