We've become used to seeing Silvana cooking in her own kitchen during the lockdown. This week, the British summer got in the way and her plan to film outside on the barbecue was rained off. 

So instead we bring you one from the archives in which Silvana demonstrates three ways to serve these super-tasty No.1 Dry Aged Hereford Steak Burgers.

Top with melted cheese and crunchy onions, layer with guacamole and crispy bacon, or, for a fiery kick, serve with Sriracha mayonnaise.
