myWaitrose personalised vouchers

You can choose digital myWaitrose vouchers through the online myWaitrose hub. When you have made your selection and added the product to your basket, you can redeem in store by scanning a voucher barcode displayed on your mobile phone or by applying your vouchers to an online order*.

Your myWaitrose vouchers will refresh periodically so make sure to check back for more savings.

You will need to swipe your myWaitrose card regularly when you shop with us. Vouchers are based on your purchase history with your myWaitrose card and therefore will be personalised to you. If you’re a new myWaitrose customer, it may be several weeks until you start receiving your personalised vouchers. You may not receive personalised vouchers every week. Many more benefits and savings can be found on the myWaitrose benefits page. 

Your vouchers are based on your recent purchase history, so please make sure you have the correct myWaitrose card attached to your online account. You can check your online account details on the Card & details section on the myWaitrose hub.

In order to improve your myWaitrose experience, you need to swipe your myWaitrose card regularly against eligible purchases. Eligible purchases do not include excluded items such as tobacco, baby formula, loose products etc.

New vouchers are usually offered each week, but there will be times when some customers won't have vouchers available for short periods. Don't worry – this is only temporary and you’ll see your vouchers again after a few weeks. Please see myWaitrose terms & conditions for more information. 

If you're a new myWaitrose member or you haven't shopped with us and scanned your card for a while you may not be eligible for vouchers yet. In order to be eligible for myWaitrose vouchers you need to regularly swipe your myWaitrose card against your Waitrose shops. 

Otherwise, it may be that you've  already chosen or redeemed all your vouchers for that week. Vouchers refresh periodically so check back regularly to make the most of your savings.

Personalised vouchers are single use only, and save you money on your shop when purchasing the product listed on the voucher. Any savings applied to your shop from a voucher will not save you money on multiples of that product purchased.

Yes, you can deselect the voucher from your 'voucher wallet' and select a different one to use in store or online. If the product is unavailable for an online delivery order when picked and payment is taken, you will still receive the voucher value off your shop.
