You can choose two personalised vouchers each week through the online myWaitrose hub. When you have made your selection you can redeem in store by scanning a voucher barcode displayed on your mobile phone or by applying your vouchers to an online order. Your personalised vouchers will refresh every wednesday so make sure to check back weekly for more savings.
You will need to swipe your myWaitrose card regularly when you shop with us. Vouchers are based on your purchase history with your myWaitrose card and therefore will be personalised to you. If you’re a new myWaitrose customer, it may be several weeks until you start receiving your personalised vouchers.
Your vouchers are based on your recent purchase history, so please make sure you have the correct myWaitrose card attached to your online account. You can check your online account details on the Card & details section on the myWaitrose hub.
In order to improve your myWaitrose experience, you need to swipe your myWaitrose card regularly against eligible purchases. Eligible purchases do not include excluded items such as tobacco, baby formula, loose products etc.
You may have already chosen all your voucher allocation that week or already redeemed all your vouchers so check if you have any vouchers to use first. Vouchers refresh every Wednesday so check back regularly to make the most of your savings. If you are a new myWaitrose member or you haven't shopped with us and scanned your card for a while you may not be eligible for vouchers. In order to be eligible for personalised vouchers you need to regularly swipe your myWaitrose card against your Waitrose shops. Personalised vouchers are single use only, and save you money on your shop when purchasing the product listed on the voucher. Any savings applied to your shop from a voucher will not save you money on multiples of that product purchased.
