Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date.
Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Preparation. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas 4, 180°C, Fan 160°C, 1 hour 35 mins
Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and place the sachet to one side.
Place in a roasting tray, cover loosely with foil and place in centre of oven.
10 minutes before end of cooking, remove from oven, remove strings and cooking liquor. Pour contents of glaze sachet over surface of the joint. Return to the oven for 10 minutes. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear. Rest for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooled.
